Nutrition?


Has a doctor told you to change your diet, and you only felt worse? This may be because the doctor gave advice based on the two hours of nutrition training they received in medical school instead of how food reacts to your unique body conditions.

Precision nutrition is a relatively new field focusing on how your body reacts to food. One person may react differently to soy, wheat, seeded vegetables, or dairy than another. Food-related symptoms may include stomach pain, sinus infections, poor digestion, or even worsening of heart or diabetes symptoms.

You are the best expert on your body. You just need the tools to learn a bit more about your food reactions and clean up your diet a bit. With what you learn, you can share more information with your doctors and nutritionists to get even better medical care. This course enhances and doesn't replace medical care. See a medical professional when needed.


What to Expect in the 30-Day Precision Nutrition Challenge:

Hi, I'm Reyna!

Your Precision Nutrition Instructor

I'll teach you how to follow the same rules for rotating foods in and out of your diet that I used to improve my health.

I suffered severe seasonal allergies and sinus infections that landed me in bed for a month per year - with several antibiotic rounds!

My allergist told me to give up milk and have more soy, and nothing changed.

Now, it's down to four days per year, no antibiotics, after I learned about my food sensitivities after a blood test followed by a rotation diet that rotates in and out common food triggers to see what could be causing your allergy, digestive, or other symptoms.

What did I learn was my problem? Soy! It's in everything! I gave up soy, and my allergy symptoms drastically reduced.

I have a Master's in Public Health in Nutrition from the City University of New York and two decades of experience as a health journalist. I've been published in dozens of publications, such as Harvard Health, weightwatchers.com, Today.com, and Reuters. The program I teach is based on the same principles as an evidence-based study approved by the International Review Board. I'm a nutrition educator, but you should seek advice from a medical professional as needed.

Lynnette and Earl are a married couple who lost a combined 160 pounds by cleaning up their diet and changing their fitness routine. Their journey started when Earl's doctor told him after Earl's when he cardiac afilbrilation diagnosis, "Lose Weight or Die."

Earl and Lynnette went on a journey that included getting rid of processed foods, eating more fruits and vegetables, and walking for weight loss.

They'll show you their pantry and their fitness routine in 5 weekly videos.

Lynnette is a New York Times best-selling author and journalist whose writing has appeared in AARP, Harvard Public Health, and USA Today. She’s also been interviewed on thousands of TV shows, including Good Morning America, The TODAY Show, and The Talk. Earl is her partner in The Money Coach, LLC, and has led the way in their health journey.

Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito were the first male and female barre instructors in the United States.

Workouts they developed are in over 500 gyms worldwide and have sold hundreds of thousands of workouts and DVDs. They have been seen on The Doctors and The Today Show. They've been quoted in the New York Times, The Yoga Journal, and Well+Good.

Over the course of 30 days, they'll provide mini workouts to build a full-body workout. The workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels to build long, lean muscles. After the 30-days, you can continue your workouts in their CoreBarreFit Zoom live stream classes.
